Returns & Refunds

General Return Policy

Due to the complexities and high costs of international freight, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. All sales are considered final once export documentation has been filed.

Damaged or Defective Goods

If your cargo arrives damaged, please take clear photographs of the packaging and the items immediately upon receipt. Reply to your original order confirmation email with these photos and a description of the issue within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process

If a refund or partial credit is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges, as well as any customs duties you paid to your local government, are strictly non-refundable.
