Due to the nature of international logistics, the vast majority of our post-order communication will be conducted via email. This includes order confirmations, commercial invoices, packing lists, and status updates. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and monitor it closely.

We are not liable for transit delays caused by customs hold-ups, carrier logistical failures, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or global supply chain disruptions).
