International Shipping

We leverage a network of global freight forwarders and express couriers to deliver products worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the total volumetric weight and destination.

The Fulfillment Process

Once your order is placed, our warehouse requires 2-5 business days to prepare the cargo, generate the commercial invoice, and process export documentation. You will receive an email notification the moment your cargo is handed over to the carrier.

Customs Clearance

Your local customs authority may hold your shipment for inspection or require the payment of import duties. You will be contacted either by us via email or directly by the carrier if action is required on your part to release the goods.
